Shipping policy

Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your books.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Purple Butterfly Books is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at hello@purplebutterlybooks.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!
